I stayed for two nights and would have extended, but they were fully booked. The hotel is a great budget option, as you can walk there from the pier (about twenty minutes); they provide hot and cold drinking water and coffee; there is a huge supermarket close by; and the location is s short and inexpensive ride away from the bus station were you can catch the bus to see the chocolate hills and other top sights. The bed in my single aircon room was very soft and the room had a table, the bed, and a mirror. The place is more like a homestay than a hotel, as the family lives there. There is hot water for showering. The water pressure was low my second night there, which meant that the water could not reach the shower, so washing was done via a bucket method, which is not uncommon for the area. The hotel is in a more local area, so there are lots of small, local restaurants (the kind where they lay out different pre-cook dishes and you select what you want) close by.
