Upon arrival, we discovered that the monitor used to enter the temporary elevator code was not working, leaving us waiting outside until a resident could assist us.
Once inside the unit, we found no toilet paper available anywhere. I immediately texted the 24-hour help number but received no response. After calling, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and when someone finally answered, was told they would inform the onsite representatives. An hour and a half later, with no update, I called again and was told that no one was on site but toilet paper would be delivered within 24 hours. I asked how we should manage in the meantime, and was told to buy our own and be reimbursed. When I asked about additional compensation or a late check-out due to the inconvenience, I was told only that we could have a late check-out for an additional fee.
During our stay, we were repeatedly woken up between 5 and 8am by the building's malfunctioning fire alarm that went off for 15 minutes straight.
Additional issues included low water pressure in the bathroom sink that was practically a trickle, no blankets or pillows for the pullout sofa bed, dirty glasses in the kitchen, and a repeated loud buzzer noise coming from a water shutoff in a closet.
Despite reaching out multiple times, the response to our concerns was unsatisfactory, and the overall experience fell far short of expectations.
