I booked 2 rooms at SmartMents Munich. Due to Lufthansa Flight delay, i checked in 1 day late. I wrote (e-mail) to Smartments about my flight delay but no respond at all. After all, these room were charged. due to the delay flight and some hassle at car rental, I arrived hotel at ~2:30am, and i was only managed to get assistant about 2:45am as entrance door was locked. I was assigned room 202 and room 204.
When i entered to room 204, i was shocked -> a family was sleeping inside. The front desk has gone back. My family has to squeeze in the room 202, and i'm curious why my room 204 has been occupied by other people? and I pay for that? We were not able to rest ….now 6am, still no one at front desk.
