First of all we are not satisfied. When we booked in hotels.com we did not have the opportunity to choose to pay money at the resort. They accept pyment ONLY through the credit card. When we tried to check in, we were told to pay in cash, said they didn't get money, etc. after a long period of proof that we paid. We need translate all information to Thai language and only then allowed us to go to the room. The problem is that they don't speak English well. And I think the money is not to be left to the customer, to find out for themselves and then to say something to us. It was like trying to cheat us to get more money, or being so blown out that they didn't know how their ordering systems work.
Rooms are comfortable and clean.
We rented scooter it was the new (Honda Click 125cc 2018, only ~850km on odometer)!
Most enjoyed the beach, swimming pool, sea view. (Few workers was really nice - thanks them.)
Restaurant service poor (at day time fruit shake we need to wait 20 mins), we went to the nearby resort "Beach Resort" (where the service is wonderful, it speaks excellent English and we see customer for them is important).
Day before checkuot we left to clean our room (at valentine day) and when we get back to room find no lock on door and 200 € is gone (yes yes we not put money in safe, but...) in reception they sayd is not possible, all worked are not thief and etc...
That's our expirience in this resort.
