I have always liked home2suites because of their rooms, these are the best designed rooms available. However, the service was mediocre. We were assigned a room equipped for handicapped guests, the shower did not have a curtain. I asked for one but the receptionist forgot, I had to actually go downstairs to ask for one. In the hospitality industry, the key to success is the service, I feel hotels are leaving all up to the guest, almost all is self service.
