I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Highlands Ranch and was deeply disappointed with several aspects:
• Cleanliness: The room furniture was visibly dirty—so much so that we had to cover it with extra linens. The breakfast area was unkempt, exuding an unpleasant odor. Glasses were unclean and the milk provided was sour. Other guests and I also noticed that the utensils needed more rubbing to get it clean.
• Housekeeping & Service: The fridge in our room didn’t work, the coffee wasn’t replenished, linens were not delivered as expected. Guests were required to retrieve bedding themselves, as housekeeping refused to deliver linen to the room
• Amenities & Value: Despite the high nightly rate—closer to what one might expect at a Super 8—the basic amenities and overall cleanliness fell short. The breakfast service was sub-par, with limited food quality, dirty serving areas, and poor management of supplies like plates and utensils
Overall, this hotel did not meet the standard expected from a Hilton property. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues promptly for future guests.
