My husband and I stayed two nights at The William and had an excellent experience. The contactless check-in was simple: a text sent to my phone informed me of my room number, entry key code, and all the specifics that we needed to know for our stay.
The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, brightly lit, and pleasingly decorated. The bed was comfortable, although the mattress was not as new or as firm as we would have preferred, and the A/C unit kept our room nicely chilled even in the middle of July.
The only negative aspect of our stay was the fact the the rooms don’t appear to have much in the way of soundproofing between the rooms. We shared a wall with another person staying at the hotel, and we unfortunately were able to hear their conversations and activity—we ended up just putting the TV on whenever our neighbor was active, just so we wouldn’t be listening in on someone. This made us a bit overly aware of ourselves since we knew that the person we could hear on the other side of the wall could, likewise, hear us as well. But, other than that, it was a lovely room in a beautiful location. My husband and I both would love to stay there again.
