This is a good value option for staying in Kiruna, with all the facilities you really need but no luxuries. Though the parking is as easy as can be and the outside seating area is very nice. However there is no staff and therefore no service after 8pm, and if you are on holiday you might want to ask for a room at the back of the building since most guests are contractors and will be leaving in their vans from the car park at the front, from 5am onwards.

Ett hotell i ett industri och affärsområde i Kiruna. Hotellet behöver en ansiktslyftning. Städningen och underhåll av rummen kan bli bättre. (Ingen AC, handdukstork går ej att stänga av, kranen till handfatet borde bytas mm). Positvt med hotellet är att det är en god och bra frukost.

En mycket prisvärt och fint Best Western. Skön säng, väldigt bra frukostbuffé, generösa tider. Enda minuset var att kaffemaskinen tog extreeeemt lång tid och skapade kö. Men kaffet var gott! Rekommenderar 5/5 toasters

Lors de notre voyage, en raison d un retard de vol, nous sommes restés bloqués sur Stockholm le jour de notre réservation à Kiruna. Dès 14h, le 14 février, j'ai d abord contacté l hôtel pour m'excuser et expliquer la situation relative à mon annulation. L'hôtel me précise que je dois entrer en contact avec la plateforme. Ce que je fais, non sans mal, par téléphone. Nous ne sommes responsables de rien et surtout avons tout fait dans les règles. Et pourtant, et Expedia et l'hôtel se renvoient la balle quant à notre refus de remboursement. Je ne conseille donc aucune réservation par Expedia qui s enrichit sur des situations compliquées de voyageurs.

Det var et hyggeligt, simpelt hotel, lidt underlige vaner med at lukke bar kl 20 fredag og lørdag, køkkenet lukkede kl 19, meget tidligt, når der stod lukkede kl 20. Og søndag virkede kaffemaskinen ikke, men det skrev de ikke og ingen pandekager søndag, kun de andre morgener.

Fint hotel, bra frukost, inte så bra kommunikation

Jag och min Flickvän Bodde på hotellet under en natt. Vi hade varit ute hela dagen och såg otroligt mycket fram emot deras bastu som kunde användas vid förfrågan. Vad vi inte fick höra förens det var försent var att Bastun bara går att använda innan klockan 20:00. Vi ville börja använda den 19:50 men fick inte. Denna info skulle varit bra att få när vi checkade in och frågade om bastun. Detta försämrade våran vistelse från 4 till 3 stjärnor då vi specifikt frågade om den vid check in. Rummet var fint och frukosten var bra.

Toaletten rann hela tiden. Tv: n laggade och vi fick hjälp och instruktion av personalen att dra ur kontakten. Färgen på toadörren hade lossnat rejält. Maten som skall vara varm var knappt ljummen. Trevligt att det serveras kvällsmat. Priset alldeles för högt på detta boende.

Trevligt hotell intill handelsområde. Gott om parkeringsplatser och nära till shopping. Ganska hög ljudvolym från gatan när de skottar snö. Trevlig personal och vid tillfället serverades middag i priset för rummet.
