This was a huge surprise. I just wanted somewhere nice to stay in Isa, but the room exceeded expectations. The bed was just awesome - great pillows & comfy doona. The bathroom was also good, but the shower head is way too low (and I'm not that tall). The only other issue was a regular thump/crack every half hour or so which I assume was something with the pipes - annoying but hard to rectify.

The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. The clean surrounds and pool were a life saver in the heat. It was such a welcome surprise to find friendly staff and good facilities, having stayed in some of the nearby hotels previously. Many hotels in the area feel unsafe, are a hang-out for drunks and undesirables and have poorly maintained facilities, yet here is a true oasis in the desert at a very good price. An absolute pleasure.

Reception unmanned during checkin time and buzzer not working. Waited 10 minutes after having to call. Fortunately room was clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and good value. Unfortunately people wandering around car park outside unit during the night, so didn’t feel secure.
