Checked in, reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights.
Noticed A.C. in one room was not working properly, had it checked by staff 5 times with no relief. Spent first night in room with broken a.c. .
When back to office on second morning to see what can be done, only to be told that they were booked up, had no more rooms..
Then tone changed talking to Kim.
She didn't care what i had to say, and how upset i was, told me that i could put everyone in one room, each room has 1 bed.
And foldout couch . .
Or i could take a fan for room with no a.c.
Finally i asked for refund on room we are not using so we could find another room somewhere else.
So kim gave me a 2 night refund
After my credit card went thru for rooms, then kim went in a canceled refund without telling me why or communicating in any way...
These people are giving Port A a bad name
They do not care if customers are happy, them seem like at check-in, but if you have an issue... they become vicious...
If you are allergic to mold do not stay here, showers are full of mold .
Pass this place up.. spend ur money elsewhere..
Never will i stay here again and will tell everyone i know not to either.
