very disappointed when want to late check in . Show the front desk staff the confirmation no of hotel.com , but the staff said never have MOU with hotel.com . and told me , they did not received confirmation email from hotel.com . Very disappointed and the staff said no more room , fully book , they said sorry can't accept this confirmation no ......, I said , that i have paid by my credit card . and i must have a room in this hotel . i can't accept what the reason they said to me , still waiting until the room no come to me .
