Overpriced and overrated.
The place was *very* basic, the double bed was not suitable for 2 adults since when one person turns over, the springs shake so the other one wakes up, and the 3rd bed was folding into an armchair (not very comfortable).
All the common areas are outdoors - shaded but still subject to the super-hot Eilat weather so you are confied to your room.
The place is worth 350-400 NIS per night at most and suitable for young (teens-20's) budget travelers, but we paid over 1000 NIS per night (high season but still) - a major rip-off.
The pros:
* Friendly staff
* Place was well maintained and clean.
* Good location (plenty of parking, quite central though far from the beach).
