I totally loved the suite, it was roomy, spacious and with a very equipped kitchen. But beware as there is no laundry or washing machine so kind of complicated if you have a long stay. It was perfect for a family/long business trip!

We traveled as a family and looked forward to our stay here. The suite we stayed in was ok but the sofa bed was too small. One of the legs came off in the middle of the night, reported it three times & never went to fix it. During breakfast in 6th floor there were always plates & cups missing. Overall, it was ok but feel there could be improvement.

El personal con mala atención, mencionamos que mi esposo era claustrofóbico a los elevadores y no le permitieron usar las escaleras de emergencia, hasta que el las encontró solo, el agua de la regadera fría la arreglaron 3 horas después, por lo que no pudimos bañarnos temprano y eso nos causó problemas porque teníamos un compromiso a las 8 de la mañana, toda la noche se escuchó un ruido y no dejo dormir, ósea pésimo nunca volveré a hospedarme, lo único bueno fue la habitación muy linda y limpia.

El checking se hizo como 8. 30 P.M. La disposición de la señoritas para dar atención. Era muy pobre. Me atendieron en un mostrador, me cobraron en otro, no dan indicaciones para el Internet. Llegando a la habitación. Vi que era una habitación de una cama y un sofá, mi reservación, claramente fue por una habitación de dos camas. Al preguntar en recepción por la reserva que yo hice exigiendo de dos camas, dijeron que no, que así era la habitación que se había reservado, y si quería una de dos camas había que pagar casi un 50% más extras, honestamente no lo valía, por lo que no accedí a dicho pago. en la habitación, los teléfonos son viejos y no están programados, un triunfo que te contesten en recepción, pedí almohadas extras, no llegaron, no servía la caja de seguridad, el servicio de desayuno, una barra fría, casi pobre, a las siete de la mañana, no estaba listo el servicio completo, no había café, también el personal de cocina, atiende de mala gana
