The food and service was amazing. My only complaint is that my jacuzzi had a dirty filter and was spewing black residue from the jets into the water. Overall however I would definitely stay here again.

Few issues i would like to address, although the location oft this hotel is perfect with the most perfect view (33rd floor) I encountered few problems, first being dripping noise from the room in the night. I could hear this almost every night, a loose pipe perhaps which needs to be sorted, 2 pipe in the toilet was faulty and was dripping continuously when i use to wake up in the middle of the night i use to see a puddle of water i tried fixing it after doing ablution but it still use to drip, 3 the windows were not clean from the outside alot of dirt, 4 i use to hear this weird gushing noise in the night thinking someone was crying once when i woke up not to sure what it was but i think it was the sound of the wind! Really bad... i was scared at one point. 5, i went out at 9am and i pressed the button for the house keeping to come and clean my room ( been 2 days my room was a mess) so i came back at half 1pm and it was still unclean. House keeping knocked my room at 2 pm asking to clean it and by then i was resting and did not want to be disturbed 6, i bought some new accessories and it had some tags around them i called and asked for some scissors at first she didnt know what i was asking eventually she did and said she will get back to me, but she didnt. So was bit annoyed. The good things were the breakfast staff, Abdallah was really nice and accommodating he made me coffee everyday just the way i like it with my name on top!
I’ve stayed at this hotel before. But things have changed in a negative way since my last visit. When I checked in this time, I was surprised the room didn’t have a safe box. The shower had no hot water. And the telephones in the room were not working properly. I called the reception and they moved me to another room. I got to the other room and found out the AC was not working good. The room was very warm and the telephones inside the room were beeping randomly. I called the reception and they sent a technician who basically unplugged the phone and plugged it back but that didn’t solve the random beeping. At 4 AM I called the reception and they said they need to move me AGAIN.. So I moved again to another room. The view in it was not as nice as the previous rooms. And again it had the same telephone issues where the one by the bed keeps beeping randomly and the one in the living room was not working at all. There was also a burnt light by the safebox that kept on flashing and yet everyday housekeeping would come clean the room but they never bothered replacing it or at least informing the right department so that they can have the light replaced. Laundry service was not good at all either. I gave them a few items and they informed I’ll get it next day by 12 afternoon. I didn’t get it till 2 days after and yet they wanted payment in full. I’m not sure if I’ll be staying here again after this disappointing experience.
Not clear where to expect a delivery... Had to visit reception (16th floor) and conceige (ground floor) to find items. Had to travel in public elevator in a robe and slippers to get to another level of the spa (embarrassing for me). Also, could not get the spa treatment booked because machine was broken. Staff pleasant and accommodating, but hotel layout does not help them.
Good place to visit. Need to start working on renewing the design

The curtains has opened at night by themselves. After that the lights has opened by themselves. We had to remove the room key from the control and to sleep without AC.
there is no tables in the room so when you order food you will eat at floor or on the bed
