A friend and I booked a 10 night stay, each in our own room. Over the course of our stay, there were 7 big bugs in my room and 2 big bugs in my friend’s room. The property is not in good condition and is in need of repair, and also updating.
We have our dirty clothes to the lobby personnel to be sent for laundering. We were told we’d get them back within 3 days but 3 days later, it was discovered that our clothes had not be sent out. No one took responsibility for this error and had an attitude about it. Also, once the clothes were brought back to us, they included someone else’s pants. The hotel owner is the one that has the laundry service.
They limit the towels they give you. My friend didn’t receive a fresh towel (fresh towels given every 2 days) and they told her they did give her a new towel and made a big deal about it, even though giving a customer a fresh towel on request should not be an issue. The service and attitude by Maria, a supervisor, in particular was rude and unprofessional.
I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never stay there again.
