Firstly, the check-in experience was very bad, the pictures didn't match the actual room and the room smelled strongly of bad perfume; secondly, my deposit still hasn't been refunded from the time I ended my order; thirdly, I paid for two days' parking but I wasn't refunded for the second day's parking. I booked a total of two days but on the first day of my stay I asked the front desk for a refund for the second day. The receptionist that night was for a lady and she was very nice in resolving the issue for me and told me that I could check out the next day and return the deposit. However, when I made the check out the next morning, the man at the front desk not only told me that I could not check out, but after I informed him of yesterday's situation, he said the F word while communicating with the previous lady, which I thought was not only rude, but at the same time told me that Expedia cancelled my check out request. However, Expedia did not cancel it and still received a refund afterwards, this staff member lied to me. Also, because I didn't check in the next day, my parking fees, were not returned to me. I will not recommend this hotel as this man staff had a poor attitude and was not willing to solve the problem for the customer.
