The hotel is clean, decent breakfast and well located. However, once we knew that our flight was going be delayed, we telephoned the hotel and was assured that the reception was manned 24/7. Upon our (7 hours delayed) arrival, although we could get inside the building, we could not make ourselves heard. We even phoned again, only for the phone on the desk in front of us to go unanswered. We considered sleeping on the sofas in reception (!) before leaning over the desk to see our name and room number on a sheet of paper. Luckily - old fashioned keys were hung on hooks so we were able to self serve and eventually got into bed at 4am ! The next day there was no apology or explanation - just a demand for the €5 room tax!! Otherwise - friendly staff mostly.
