I've stayed at the Centro location of HBlue Hotel as well as the Malecon location, but I think I like the Malecon location better. Both stays were excellent. Extremely comfortable and clean, amazing value, friendly staff and a stunning view from the rooftop pool. They've earned my loyalty - I won't stay anywhere else in La Paz except for HBlue, and I'll be happy to come back anytime!!

Front of hotel is a site for construction waste. It looks like a dump. Elevator never worked with my keycard. Shower was dangerously slippery and the soap dispenser was broken. No water available with breakfast unless you paid extra. Hotel on top of steep hill.
