Room was smaller than expected. And on the ground floor, which meant no privacy from the street, without pulling the curtain or shutters, which just made the room feel very small. Sea view was from the balcony, but there was no sense of looking out or vista from the room itself. There were shutters not fly screens which also made it dark and reduced the airflow in the room.
The bathroom was tiny.
on the ground floor near the front door it is quite noisy.
The toilet was a bit of a trial, it would continually run unless we jiggled the toggle in the cistern.
It seemed the water was turned off at night?
There were a few mornings where water wouldn't come out of the taps until later on.
The wifi was not adequate as we couldn't ever seem to get connected, or when we did it was only for a few minutes then it would drop out. That was a constant battle too.
The air conditioning didn't come with a remote control so that had to be manually switched on. Often it simply wouldn't work until we'd turned it off and on a couple of times.
But without a remote there was no chance of changing or regulating the temperature of the air so it was impossible to have it on during the night without it making the room freezing. Turning it off we just slowly boiled as there was no airflow through the shutters.
We stayed 5 nights out of our booked and paid for 9 nights & then had to find somewhere else.
It felt like an endurance test rather than a holiday.
