Very frustrating place to stay. While the unit itself was fine and a good price, if anything at all comes up there is NO ONE to help or take care of issues. Upon arrival at 5pm (earliest you can arrive) the unit had not been cleaned from previous guest. Bedding was still on the bed and used towels strewn in the bathroom. Tried for 3 hours to contact the mgr (Melissa) that was showing on our info but her phone recording said she "was not taking messages" and no answer. Even the reservation people in Washington state could not get hold of her. I had to book a different property 30 miles away costing me $170 for that night, as I was not going to sleep in a dirty bed. Still hadn't gotten any response the next day, so I ended up taking all the bedding and towels to a laundramat to wash. The checkin process for this property is cumbersome. Tried several times during our stay to contact management for a refund on the night I had to go somewhere else, but there is absolutely no one to talk to at this property. Parking is quite far away from the units and there are stairs to climb, so know that going in. If I hadn't had so many issues the first day, my stay would have earned a better rating, but having no way to resolve issues is a terrible policy for any rental place to have.
