For starters, some of the photos used of "Wayne Inn" are of "Hotel Wayne" several blocks away. Wayne Inn is a cheap, overpriced motel that lies to get customers, not a hotel. It has no gym, no dining room, and none of the other amenities the ad on here offer except an adjoining liquor store.
This posting is a case of fraud! I have never stayed at such a bad motel.
The smell from the numerous full cigarette buckets (in front of each room and in the stairwell) gave my spouse a headache, as they don't get emptied every day (or every week, I'd guess).
Our sink had dried spit in it, and the water smelled like feces! We bought bottled water to wash and brush our teeth with, and didn't use the showers AT ALL. What a horrible feeling.
While the rooms have been renovated recently, they did a poor job, and they cut corners. They put plyboard over the front of the bathroom vanity, and the work was done badly. A broken ceiling tile over the bed made me think a camera had been installed in the drop ceiling. As soon as you leave your room, the door frames, stairs and motel exterior are covered with filth and grime. I couldn't wait to get home!
This hotel claims to be 3 Stars, when it is a two star motel that deserves a half star rating.
Only stay here if you like grubby motels that feel like a haven for addicts, prostitutes and vagrants.
