The reservation/verification process was a bit tedious with uploading ID, doing webcam confirmations. Understandable, but extra steps. Good (almost too much) communication about the upcoming reservation. Was on top of sending access codes. Challenge with accessing property was related to poor instructions (stated to use the "callbox" which was only at one door, but actually it was at an unmarked side door with a "keypad". Residents saw me having problems and gave guidance. The room was great size and nicely laid out. Could have been a bit more 'cozy'. Had a 1-bedroom, but only had a TV in the living room, so couldn't winddown at night. The bed was a 'gel/memory foam' mattress, which I'm not a fan of. Had an issue with blinds not operating and very low hot water - KASA contacted maintenance and got that fixed promptly. The property layout was a bit confusing and not marked well when trying to go to/from the parking garage/unit. The fitness center and pool were great and everything anyone could want. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would do so again... as it is also one of the closest properties near the family I visit. KASA asked for feedback and when hearing of the issues/challenges, worked to make it right by issuing a partial refund. Apparently this is a relatively new property for them.
