Terrible communication
The apartment was amazing, clean, comfortable, large and in great order. We didn't have time to see the pool, and we have no idea where it was. Communication was poor, starting with the parking. Having been to Nashville 5x already, I at least kind of knew where I was going. But if it had been my first time I'd be way more irritated than I was. Directions to park were bad. There are 3 driveways near the address we were given as the "parking garage." None were the address we were given. Spoiler alert: Pick the one that's at the light, goes down underground and says "Public Parking." Getting into the building from the garage was confusing. There were no directions from the Latch app to find or get inside the building. We actually had no idea where the door to the building was when we left the garage. Thank you to the resident who helped us. I booked what I thought was called "Global Luxury Suites." Some emails stated the building name was "Living at Nashville." There were some messages from "Churchill." Not sure what that is. The name of the building is actually "The Place" at 5th and Broadway. Nowhere in my directions did it say that. Some of the directions were not applicable, so it was hard to decipher what we were actually supposed to do and what we were not. For example, the check out email told us to leave all the keys and devices in the envelope in the back of the door. There were no keys. What devices? There was no envelope on the back of the door.
