I've travelled a lot alone and sometimes to countries where language could be an stopper. In this kind of business, obviously, all people can understand you, in a basic english/french.... Besides, the hotel should do all the efforts in a way to grant a good service. This time, I think they've done them in a wrong way. Maybe they thought language barrier could avoid the claim.... I've returned home with the feeling they not payed attention in a host, out of the current hotel target. May be a silent host, but deserves same service&attention than the others. Room was not cleaned properly at check in, not the 2on night also, and gel/shampoo wasnt replenished as could you expect.... No good vibrations at all....
