The amenities are tremendous. Golf simulator, gym, ice cream station, pool, etc. but the pool was unfortunately ice cold - so couldn’t use as much.
The draw back was customer service. Being injured with torn ligaments in my foot - one employee quote a rate on a golf cart - which intrigued me and made me walk a hundred yards, only to be told “he misspoke” at the front desk. Then, after hobbling back to my cabin, my key didn’t work. Rather than dispatching help - “there’s no one available, you need to come back to the front desk.” The empathy was non-existent, but the pain was astounding.
To top matters off, our cabin was riddled with stains on the walls and bugs in the air. But - better service would have made things bearable.
