The curtains in the room did not open or close. The blinds in the room were broken and did not work properly. There was what looked like a old combi boiler in the kitchen area, which we thought would help keep us warm as it was chilly outside, but the radiator in the room did not work.
If you are looking for somewhere to get a few hours sleep (and you are a heavy sleeper) then this place is average, there is some water pumps (or similar) that run loud (think I got approx. 4 hours sleep the first night. Staff are polite and friendly, it is about 3-5 minutes walk to the closest subway station, Abbey Road is approx 7 minutes away from the hotel.
Room was reasonably clean, doesn't look like it has been decorated (or painted) for a long time. No disabled access.
As I said for somewhere to sleep and store clothes for short break, it is OK, but if you want any sort of luxury (like working curtains / blinds to block out the morning sun) then wait until they have sorted these problems out.
