The hotel has a good structure and a convenient location.
However, my experience with the service was unfortunately very disappointing.
At check-in, when I mistakenly entered the wrong PIN for my credit card, the receptionist laughed and made an inappropriate comment regarding my ability to pay. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
During breakfast, I also encountered rude and inattentive behavior from the staff, which further contributed to a negative impression of the service.
These were not isolated incidents, but rather a recurring pattern of poor customer care throughout my stay.
While the facilities are good, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff significantly impacted my overall experience.
I hope the hotel will take steps to improve this aspect, as the location and property itself have a lot of potential.
