I found the staff people very simple and sincere, which is what one expects to be as is when one is in Kerela. But I am not sure, how they would be able to manage more people, because when I visited, me along with my wife, had only 2 other couples and things were easily managable.
Overall, a very nice place, especially would remember, the staff person (Sonu), himself showing the small spice garden they have up the hill, with cardamom, spices, cashew trees and bushed all around.
The hotel is outside the city perimeter, but good in all senses.
Must See sights:
As per the Winter Season
