Aside from poor service and low quality of everything, the bathroom floor of room 101 had seepage from the tiles when flushing the toilet, and bad smells were rising. It was an immediate health risk, so I reported it to the manager as soon as I realized the seepage was related to the toilet. For three consecutive days, I requested a room change, but the front desk manager claimed that all rooms were occupied except for smoking rooms. Eventually, I accepted a smoking room, but I couldn't stay more than one night and left the hotel despite having paid for one more night.
