When we asked beforehand to make sure about getting code for entering condo their reply message was like "there is nothing to do from your end--". But we could not enter condo till 7:00 pm (3 hours after the start of rental period) because the office forgot to send any message. We wasted important time and had to call the office using a mobile phone that costed a lot because it was thru oversea-call. We would like the office to consider about some compensation for this matter!
