Great room at a great price for a quick weekend with my husband. I wasnt too sure on the casino bwcause of other bad reviews but we enjoyed and won our money back. WIN WIN. We definitely will stay again.

It was fun and we enjoyed the room.

This was the worse stay ever. Toilet overran. Room had excessive crud and desk. Window had more fingerprints than I could count. I didn’t take pictures but I should have. It was just a filth room. They should be ashamed of themselves. I really think they should remodel, clean and sanitize that place.

we went for a short trip and we loved the hotel. would have like it more if they had the buffet opened but due to covid they did not offer one. we did eat at the cafe in house. It had great burgers. room was really clean and the hotel overall was really clean. everyone working there was nice and helpful.will be going back.

Due to covid, issues with condition and eating. Had to go to another hotel to even eat. Had I known that I would’ve stayed where we ate

Hollywood Casino/hotel is unique because it has a lot of movie props through out the casino/hotel. The Batman car & things from the Titanic. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very helpful.

The room was fine the bed seemed hard at first but it was a foam mattress that moves with you. The choice of food was unappealing, one grill with about 8 items to choose from and 4 tables.

After reading that regional casinos were booming and seeing that the room prices had increased ~50% over pre-covid levels and a deep drop in our comps I expected crowds at the casino. The place was a ghost town. The rooms are outdated and the TVs have almost no selection. The other room that was rented the TV did not work and when “fixed” 80% of the “working” channels had no sound. The Internet connection is very slow and dies for an hour or so overnight. The snack bar food was bad. Very limited choices and poor quality ($14 Shrimp or catfish “basket” looked like it was store bought frozen food) The casino was deserted, Poker room is no more and for the first time in 2+ years of what were pre-covid monthly visits no one in our party won money at slots. Imagine my surprise when we went over to look at the Horseshoe/Gold Strike and even the sister property 1st Jackpot and they were busy with visitors. We have long thought that the owners are not going to put money into the property and milk it as long as possible. Maybe this is it? On the trip home discussing the trip we would not be surprised if this property closes over the holidays
