When we arrived, we could not get the Wi-Fi to work, and we never did get a pre-arrival note from the host. We tried and tried to get in touch over the Wi-Fi and finally was able to guess another houses password to gain access for work we had to do. There’s only one sofa in the house there’s no seating for other people in the living room, which is very uncomfortable and inconvenient, we had 3 adults. The lamps at the bedside in the main bedroom actually have no plugs. The lighting throughout the house is very poor. It was nice but it was overpriced and there needs to be more attention to detail in this house to be asking that much for it. the doors Wouldn’t open well in the master because the rugs were in the way there were a lot of little things that were super inconvenient. The kitchen was beautiful. The beds were OK. The windows are original to the house, so they are not very soundproof. The house overall was very noisy with people coming up and down the stairs . This is an absolutely gorgeous house in a beautiful area of Tampa in old Hyde Park. It was a nice stay, Don’t get me wrong we would likely go back but attention to detail at this level needs to be considered, and in my opinion, only one towel per person in the house (there were only three small bath towels total) and poor quality amenities were not OK either.
