Location was excellent! Walking diatance to all main attraction. The service was superb! Our room was ready much earlier thank check in, around 8am. The front desk arranged the airport transfer, called for taxi, gave us a tram card to use, and were very helpful with every one of our requests. Very helpful and friendly staff all around. Rooms are always clean. Facilities are very new or recently updated. But the real highlight is the location. 5 minutes walk from everything: the grand Bazaar, the spice Bazzar, the blue mosque, Aya Sophia, Basilica, etc. Tram station 2 minutes away which can take you all over Istanbul. I’m definitely going back to the same hotel for my next visit to Istanbul.
