When we got there, we expected a screened porch, but we were on the second level where the are unscreened. The unit itself was great. The kitchen was well laid out and had all the things you'd need to use it. The bed was comfortable. The towels were nice. The shower doesn't really spray. Our one real issue was when we arrived the AC was off and it was warm. We turned down the temperature and went out with friends, expecting it to be cooler when we returned. When we came back it was worse. There was no users manual (there is a QR code on the fridge but it leads to a dead link). We reached out and were told to text a picture of the thermostat. Sent one right away but since they didn't receive one they didn't respond. 40 minutes later when I reach out to follow up, they ask for pictures again. We were sweating and tired and ready to go to sleep. We thought the unit was broken, but it worked fine, we just needed help and it was a very slow and convoluted process. It took 90 minutes to get an answer that should have taken 5 and the whole time we were really hot. The unit is nice, the communication was really rough
