Two problems: couldn’t lock door when we left condo. And communication not good. We called when we arrived and again next am. Good thing the problem wasn’t that we couldn’t get in to condo! Apparently the person responsible called us the next day but due to spotty cell service in the area we did not get the message until third day we were there.
To be fair, condo was in good condition, comfortable, kitchen and bathroom adequate, good supply of bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher too. Queen bed very comfortable. Other bedroom was small with two sets of bunk beds, leaving little floor space and no closet. Would be an issue if four people were staying in that room. Plenty of towels, no wash cloths tho. Full bath updated and nice. Both Keurig and drip coffee maker tho did not know til we got there. Plenty of hot water.
Be warned: it is the equivalent of 3 floors of stairs to get to the condo, which is alot with lugging suitcases, food and supplies. A bit too much for us. And it is in the far end of the building complex, nice for those who like quiet and privacy but a little too remote for us. Also could not find dumpster so had to bring trash home with us.
Suggestions: 1. have information or notebook in condo for renters, with directions on things in condo (inc locks), dumpster, things to do, restaurants, etc. 2. Replace sliding door vertical blinds in Queen bedroom w/ something more private. Even when closed, there were gaps visible, did not feel secure.
