Disappointed But More Than Sufficient
The room was beautiful. (Construction going on across the street too). So no sleeping in.
The location of the room not so great for a single female who likes late nights (although I had no issues).
Once on the property you are VERY secure.
Communication with host was off and on speed wise although they were VERY pleasant.
The bed was quite comfortable.
I would think after a lengthy stay there would be extra toiletries, change of towels, bedding. Yes, I know it's not a hotel but I have stayed in Air B n B's before. Not my first rodeo. I shouldn't have to pay extra for a change of bedding/towels etc. I don't need the room cleaned etc.
Don't think you will get ice cubes with the huge amount of ice crystals in the freezer of the fridge either.
Had some days with very limited hot 💧 as well.
Overall, yes I would stay there again as the location is close to the train, port and other many attractions.
As a traveller you can never expect perfect or you would be continually disappointed for what you pay for accomodation (especially if your home country is not the Euro). I look for value, customer service, hospitality and plain common sense. A wee bit disappointed but I would give this place a second chance.
