The property is perfect, no thought about it. Just have some communication issue at check-in where we need to show the guest’s registration to the security in the front desk, but then we contacted the apartment and quickly sent over the paper works. And also the front entrance required finger print to get in, which we are not notified with the check-in instruction. Otherwise the check-in process can be smoother.

Property was woeful do not stay here especially if its an timed event evening. Plan months in advance for new years eve, no communication prior to the even. Night before they mention we're booked in for floor 37 and then this changed on the day due to room we booked 3 bedroom apartment vs 2 whilst this wasnt communicated anywhere. It advertises room is empty 24 hours before hand it was not. Mold is evident all amongst the property and there was a roach in the apartment as well (I have photo to proove) Advertises sofa bed and when question no response from property owner, the next day they advise it has a sofa not sofa bed. New years eve in which should have been the highlight of the night was woeful and im ashamed as I was the one whom booked this property. Its such a shame, location is perfect and potential to be amazing but over cast by ants, insects and mold. For $500 AUD was not worth, no idea how this got 4 stars for stay.

A terrible experience. To start, the photos look nothing like the unit. It was very cheaply decorated and very dirty. There were stains on the rug, sofa, and sheets. The unit smelled of durian, with the fridge being the worst. It was almost unusable because how strong the smell of durian was. They never came to turn over the room despite being asked multiple times. I was told that they clean the room every 3 days but never saw them once in a week of staying there. The only saving grace was the washing machine. I was able to wash the sheets and towels thanks to it. There are much better places to stay in HCMC for this price. I cannot recommend staying away from these people enough.
