The check in process was chaotic- the information states that check in information will be sent to the guest. This never happened. When I called for information, the number listed said it was unavailable. I also messaged the hotel through the app with no response. Because of this, I had to pay to store my luggage at the station, also cussing me an extra hour of time to go get my luggage later. I was not provided any information on any amenities of the building- was unable to even view the pool let alone use it. As far as the room, it was disgusting. The sheets and pillowcases clearly weren’t washed, there was poop caked in the toilet, there were no trash bags in the kitchen trash bag, mold in the shower, the floor and rug and couch were dirty, and the cupboards, closet and walls sticky/gross. Perhaps worst of all, there was no WiFi information and the tv stayed there was no WiFi connected so it was unusable causing me to delay my diving studies. I would have much rather stayed at a hostel. What an unnecessary waste of time, stress, and money this place was!
