The property is exceptional, and the location is fantastic. That being said, communication is not their strong suit. I sent the property three messages by e-mail over the three days prior to arrival to find out if we could arrive before 3 pm, at least to drop the bags off, and, in the absence of that, at least to make arrangements for arrival at whatever time we could. Instead of responding to my emails, they wrote to my daughter's inactive What's App account, so we never heard from them. We spent three hours at the property upon arrival trying to find someone who would help us and finally, through the Italian desk of SweetStay and the UK headquarters, got someone to come by to let us in around 3:30. Then, over the course of the stay, they forwarded the now-redundant What's App messages to my e-mail. In short, if you regularly use What's App, they are apparently very responsive. If you do not, then you might want to stay somewhere else.
