First, I was asked to communicate off of the platform. Second, I was told I would receive an email prior to the 1600 check in time which I did not receive nor was it on the Hotels.com platform, it was advertised as having access to laundry facilities, it did not. Fourth, the bathroom was dirty and had black mold in the shower. And lastly, the security door was broken, and according to another visitor, they had notified the management to fix it
