We arrived around 1145pm, we called ahead to make sure our rooms would be ready. Their seemed to be some hesitancy, but then it was confirmed. When we arrived we checked in and were shown to two adjoining rooms with full sized beds. We had reserved and paid for queens. We tried to discuss this with the night clerk and she stated they were queens and did nothing to fix the situation even after the security guard went with my husband and verified that they were full. She said we'd have to talk to someone tomorrow. So we settled in. The room had, what looked like snot on the curtains, a tear in the seam of the chair, and strange spots on the walls, like something splattered and wasn't cleaned. The next morning the staff informed us that we'd have to wait until the manager got there at 10. As we were anxious to start our day, we waited for a bit and then thankfully, another lady, Katherine, was able to get us rooms, a king and 2 queens at 930. That room was a "new" room and in better condition. The fridge kept freezing everything and there was trash from Halloween under the chair. (It was March). Otherwise, it was a much nicer room. On our last day we were able to follow up with the manager and he was very understanding and appreciative of the feedback. Amends were made. Overall, it was lacking in cleanliness of the rooms. The pool was great, heated and clean, the food options and taste were good. The lady who works seating people at breakfast was wonderful!
