They lacked the basic necessities of a hotel: hot water. I checked in at 3p.m., no hot water. I asked for help then and was met with blank stares from staff. All staff could do was "reset" the water, which did not work and left it bone cold. I left for dinner and came back, still no hot water. I asked for help again, and more blank stares and mumbling about how the manager was gone for the day and would help me in the morning. The next morning, I woke up, and again no hot water. I went downstairs and was told the manager was not there and no one else knew what to do or how to help me.
