The hotel itself smelled like smoke. It had dirty hallways and stains on the ceiling. We had to change rooms because of heavy smoke smell. I will not stay at a Quality in again!
The roomfloor was extremely dirty, the sheets were stained and the shower was dirty as well.
I realize they have been hammered with hurricanes and bad weather this year, but there was no indication of the hotel being in the shape that it was. Smelled like mold, couch had stains all over it and the staff was not the most helpful. The beds are comfortable which was a nice thing.
Room could have been cleaned better especially the bathroom. There is some remodeling being done. Only good for a few night stay and if you are traveling with a pet. No pet fees
Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Mediocre breakfast. I guess due to covid. The only complaint is that they welcome pets which I have nothing against, because I'm a pet owner myself. However when you're trying to go to sleep and all you hear is constant dogs barking doesn't make for a pleasant stay.
The only thing that was unacceptable about the hotel was they charged my credit card 500 for a smoking fee but it wasn't my room. It was actually the room across from mines and I had trouble with the bank to refund my money, So my son's birthday weekend was messed up because of it. But we made the best of it.Other then that it wasn't a bad stay.
Everything fine, comfortable
Didn’t get to stay in room. There was a water puddle in the initial room they gave so I just asked for a refund. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful about everything!
Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean, however had a musty smell. Dog friendly! Unfinished wall repairs everywhere in the hallways and stair wells.
I arrived Thursday evening everything was perfect; until 6;30 am Friday morning.. I am awaken by barking dogs. I will never stay at another pet friendly hotel.
