Unfortunately, I chose to stay here due to proximity to the airport, however nothing changes.
1) shuttle service decides to wait for other passengers on other flights even though the hotel is 5 min drive away.
2) check in takes an age, its a very busy airport hotel and usually rhey have trainees on the desk who are not proficient and have to wait for a senior. Same as last 2 stays last year.
3) hotel doesnt do pre auth, you must prepay the whole stay which is annoying as it means I have multiple invoices ans receipts (dinners, transport etc) which I usually pay once on check out attracting only 1 card charge.
4) 'Exec room' on 3rd floor was very small, no ironing facilities, duvet was stained and phone not working. I reported to reception who did clean the duvet but phone still not working.
6) wifi in the room very patchy, same as my last stays unfortunately.
Otherwise, staff is generally pleasant.
