Beautiful hotel and the bed and bedding was heavenly. Also love the chromecast option on the TV so that I was able to listen to music while getting ready. I also loved the convenience of going to The Star Lounge for dinner and drinks. But I do have some minor complaints. The fact that room service is not offered. I had to Doordash food to my room, and because the only parking option is valet, it makes it hard for door dashers to get my food to me and tip bigger for the hassle. Paid $300 for one night (was there for 18 hours total) at a luxury hotel that doesn't offer room service or even provide a pool. Also, I want to say the woman who checked me in was very lovely and kind and offered me all the information I needed. But unfortunately I got a man who checked me out and did not offer the same pleasantness. Was very cold and monotone. Then when I had asked him a question about Valet, so I can get my car, it seemed like i was inconveniencing him by asking him a question. And it took about 20-30 mins for them to bring me my car after requesting it, which thankfully I was not in a rush, but had I been staying longer, and I needed my car to get somewhere on time, I think that would have definitely been a problem. So yeah, I guess for the amount that I paid, I expected more. Not sure that I would stay here again for the price that I paid
