The hotel "technically" qualified for 3-stars, and the room itself was clean. However, DON'T BOOK unless you're a college student / or VERY short on funding. For example, your legs will need to fit UNDER the sink, AFTER you move the trash can elsewhere, before you can actually use the toilet. Inferior quality throughout, broken mirrors, etc. (although there was adequate hot water). As a regular international business traveler, I felt unwelcomed by a generally dismissive staff. Returning to the actual 3-star room, the air-conditioner FAN functioned, although I was still sweating in the room until around 8:00 PM, as the actual cooling was sadly lacking.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BOOK, unless money is tight. As mentioned, the room was clean, although you could hear EVERYTHING from all rooms around you, the hall, etc.
Just DON'T!
