We arrived at the hotel at 5pm. The reception is not manned after 12 noon. We were told we should have a email with the codes to access on line check in, which should arrive 24 hrs prior to check in. This email was non existent. The contact telephone number didn’t work. We were stuck. We ended up booking another hotel. We did receive an email from the hotel at 8:15pm. But it was too late at that point. We also received some codes on their FB page the following morning. I’d be very concerned that they are giving out access codes on an open FB page. Further more Expedia have not helped us to get a refund for the three rooms we booked saying our agreement is with the hotel and not them.
