First of all, much of my dissatisfaction has to do with the price i paid which was over $1000 for 2 nights. The prices at the hotel came down by a third and their was no price match from HOTELS.com or the hotel. A major disappointment. Since i was paying a PREMIUM, i asked for a slightly better room and was denied. The room was mediocre at best, linens and bed covers had pulls in them. The phone in room did not work. Day 2, we never received room service and after returning from a afternoon wedding we were dejected to have to walk into a room with no new towels, beds were not made and trash was not emptied. On Sunday, the lobby ran out of coffee and had no plan except to hand out k-cups. This is the worst experience i have had in 30 years of travel and lack of consideration may have me change my choice of hotels and use of hotels.com going forward.
