I am charged two times by the hotel. One by online reservation and one at arrival when they said that they collect the payment in person at arrival. I requested from them to refund the extra payment, but they say their accountant is not around. And they don't pick up my phone. Second, when we arrived, our room was rented to somebody else already. Third, the TVs don't work. Third, furniture sides are very sharp. We are injured several times. Fourth, coridors have no air. Zero air. Fifth, flies don't allow to have breakfast. Sixth, breakfast saloon is the hotel reception saloon and it is too small. For the double payment they took from me, I may have to apply to the public prosecutor. All in all, certainly rent another hotel.
