Great help doesn’t stop at check out
Although we only stayed for a night we were just mesmerized how the front desk greeted us with warm welcomes and the hotel was not what we expected. The decor was inviting and cozy. Our kids love the Christmas tree. The only thing that I would say is the next morning my front tire was low and I can not thank the incredible staff, Carol front desk, Sussie at pantry service, and Dave the maintenance the Man! Thank you thank you taking such care of us and my 4 kids. You all saved us and we are beyond grateful that we made it home sweet home. Every hotel establishment should be this incredible. You guys took it to the next level. Thank you!

From the "prior to check in" communication, through to check out, our stay was exemplary. The room was comfortable, well equipped, quiet, sparkling clean, and very well laid out. The check in-check out processes were easy and straightforward. The staff were polite, efficient, informative, and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for an evening of theater or a stroll through the quaint village of Chemainus. There is lots of free parking at the hotel. We did not use the gym or pool but both looked clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall good stay
We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was spacious for three adults. There was a keurig in the room for tea and coffee. The main bed was in a closet like room and the bed was comfy. The sofa bed was hard and you could feel the springs. I’d recommend sleeping on the couch and not using the sofa bed as the couch cushions were soft and comfortable to sit on. There’s a hot breakfast which was lovely but get there early or you won’t get a seat!

An unexpected pleasant surprise! The hotel is very clean, our room with a queen bed and pull out couch for the kids was spacious, clean and has a well equipped little kitchen. Amanda at the front desk is amazing! She had everything I needed and more and always helped with a smile. Pay laundry on site was a bonus as I didn’t see that in the hotel description. They had change and soap too. The town is charming and is highly recommend a stop here.
