Many of the poor reviews are very accurate. This facility needs a lot of work. In my opinion they definitely skimp on a lot to save a buck
I was also very irritated that the hotel called and texted me at least 3-4 days prior to my reservation trying to get me to cancel and book directly through them, and also to confirm I was not a local resident. The second night of my stay I received a knock on my door from the owner saying I needed to check out the next morning, when in fact my reservation information was readily available to their front desk staff and he had wrong information. This was very unprofessional in my opinion.
The indoor pool area is not usable. They had the AC shut off (or perhaps it wasn't working, I don't know)..either way, it was not worth what we paid, and with the bare amenities available, it was overpriced even for a 2 star facility. It is not a quality Quality Inn.
